I have spent my entire life writing and never letting anyone read it besides the people closest to me so this is quite scary putting all of my thoughts out there for the world to see. I grew up in a very small town in Kentucky and spent several years after graduating college traveling all over the US with my job, only to land right back where I started. Apparently birds do always fly home. The point of this blog is not to reminisce or ridicule, but merely to look back and see life lessons, have a few laughs and hopefully inspire someone else to do the same. I have been through a lot, maybe not as much as most, but if just one of my helpful insights reaches someone that finds it useful, then I have done what I have set out to do.
